Wild Soul Salon Policies

This is our home that we’ve worked extremely hard on and we’re so proud to be able to make your hair beautiful here. We take our careers very seriously and book appointments to accommodate everyone. In our industry, our time is valuable so we ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you cannot make an appointment. We understand things happen, emergencies unfortunately occur, we even have them ourselves from time to time. If an appointment is canceled after the 48 hours, we will require a fee (50% of the service) before another appointment can be scheduled. No call, no show appointments will be required to pay 100% of the service that was scheduled before being able to schedule another appointment. Thank you for your understanding and respecting us as your stylist.
